Extra perspectives and plans from aviation contributors connected with this listing.
Every year from January to March the Blue Angels call NAF El Centro their home during their winter training. You can easily drive to the runway's end, outside the gate, using the farm field roads. Line up at the end of Runway 30, and depending on wind and other conditions, they may just take off over your head, or practically land on it!
